There is no reason to join NATO because Sweden and Finland don’t have anything the Russians don’t already have. I can’t see Russia having any impetus whatsoever- unlike Ukraine, which is the breadbasket and access to the Black Sea of Eastern Europe, has an actual deep cultural, linguistic and historical connection to Russia.
